Digestion is sometimes normal sometimes indigestion bloating drs say IBS I have anxiety too after passing motion... digestive care drops and kaya drops has been given will it cure ? I have done allopathy ayurvedic still going with stop IBS tablets and mustakarishta I m having much weakness my vit d is 12.8 so I m given shelcal hd tablets too will these drops help ?

1)Major problem- I have been feeling forehead tightness( pressure like) since 3 years.This tightness become very worse on- studying, Mobile screen and Smell of spicy food. I feel head (tightness+ heavy sleepy eyes) on eating - spicy foods, Sweet products, Banana, Onions.  Sleep is normal                                         2)All Tests done are  Normal - Brain MRI, BP, Suger, Urine, Blood CBC, Thyroid,CT PNS(for Sinusitis), No gas problem.                                                                                  3)My earlier lifestyle -I was seriously preparing for competitive exams since 2020.So, i cut- physical activities, Outdoor sports and meeting friends completely.I devoted myself only for  study in a closed room.I used to study Notes in Mobile PDF mostly. In March 2023, I started feeling forehead tightness while I was studying. Gradually, i started this tightness on eating homemade daily food too. 4)Visited many doctors but What disease I have, still unknown? Help me

I am facing this problem from year 2015. From the last a few months in 2026 I am facing following symptoms:- 1. Sciatica mostly left side. 2. Left hand pain. 3. L4 and L5 disc bulge and lower back pain. 4. Neck spasm and pain. Kindly give me suggestions and treatment plan for this symptoms.

Doctor gave me for gastritis in November 2025. granatum 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Bismuth 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Cantaris 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Anacardium 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Dyspepsin tablets 4 for four times a day. Avena sativa tincture 15 drops three times a day. Alfalfa tincture 15 drops three times a day. After taking these medicines for 2 and a half months I started feeling dizzy all through the day.  I said this to doctor and she gave me these remedies along with the above remedies. Arnica 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Chenopodium 200c 4 pellets four times a day. Chamomile tincture 15 drops four times a day. I have been taking these remedies for 3 months. Now I am feeling dizzy all through the day.

Suffering from chronic pain (Forehead, temple, scalp, top of head), constant facial pain (Below eyes, around cheekbones), sometimes discomfort in eyes. Pain in eyebrow area, forehead, temples, cheekbones, scalp, been for past 6–7 years, intensity varies, but pain is 24/7. I have consulted Neurologists, ENT & General Medicine Doctors, undergone Brain MRI, CT Scan + X-Ray of Paranasal Sinuses. Reports here. No help. My Observation-Discomfort & pain increases in cold AC environments. Symptoms worsen when I suddenly get into my car & start driving. I experience a stabbing pain around the forehead & cheekbone area.
