I, a 28 year old unmarried (virgin) lady, got my last period on 5th july and till the date my cycle was totally normal (always 5/6 days). I felt less blood flow in my last 3 cycle (May, June, July) but the duration was 4/5 days. I got no period since july. I'm under checking of a homeopathy doctor from 3rd September and I faced a little spotting from 20th september to 28th September. Last year (2025) I got more than 13 period and the blood flow was totally normal. My cycle was always between 25 to 30 days with no pain. I have no other symptoms like acne, facial hair, pain etc. Weight - 60 kg Height - 4 ft 11 inch. I have done usg and it shows "Both overies are bulky in size. Peripherally located multiple tiny cysts are seen inside both overies arranged in necklace pattern. Right ovary size : 2.83 * 2.44 * 2.86 ;  volume: 10.3 cc and Left ovary size : 2.63 * 3.73 * 2.36 ;  volume: 11 cc. It's written that "Bilateral Polycystic ovarian Morphology"

Hello doctor I am moumi pal age 37 years I am facing severe hairfall from last 5 months above 100 I loose my hair everyday now it comes to 30 every day too much hair thinning I have visited homeopathy doctor he prescribed me nail n hair aid medicine with foliscalp shampoo but donot get any kind of improvement rather daily I lose hair.. Doctor, I have a query regarding Bakson Aller Aid Tablets. Some homeopathic doctors advise taking these tablets with lukewarm water. Homeopathic tablets are usually meant to dissolve directly on the tongue for absorption. Also, one should avoid eating or drinking, including water, for some time before and after taking homeopathic medicines. How is it appropriate to take the tablets with water ?

Hello doctor Past one year I am observing that the shape of my private part more curved and also less frequent erection is happening. The mid shaft has ring like structure. Is the curvature serious? I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice small amount of red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day.
