Regarding Taking Bakson Aller Aid Tablet
Doctor,
I have a query regarding Bakson Aller Aid Tablets. Some homeopathic doctors advise taking these tablets with lukewarm water.
Homeopathic tablets are usually meant to dissolve directly on the tongue for absorption.
Also, one should avoid eating or drinking, including water, for some time before and after taking homeopathic medicines.
How is it appropriate to take the tablets with water ?

You can take Aller aid tablet directly on tongue to let it dissolve and also it has a chalky taste that is convenient to consume. In case if you feel any discomfort, then, yes, you can take it by dissolving in water at room temp. & in limited quantity.

Homeopathic Medicines act faster when placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve there.
The tablet has a chalky taste and some people don’t like it.
So for the convenience of the patient, many doctors advise so.

Homoeopathic medicines are absorbed through the buccal mucosa of the mouth unlike allopathic tablets which get absorbed from the gut . So it’s always advised to not eat or drink anything with the medicines but water is not restricted

Well,yes it is correct that you should take the tablet directly on your tongue for better absorption....but either if you take it luke warm water or in chewing form,then it will also cause no issue, it is also appropriate..you can take it according to the doctor advice..

You are absolutely correct. Classical homeopathic medicines are ideally meant to dissolve directly on the tongue for sublingual absorption, and one should avoid eating or drinking, including water, for 30 minutes before and after.
Bakson Aller Aid is a Bio-combination tablet (a combination of tissue salts like Ferrum Phos 3x, Nat Mur 3x, Kali Mur 3x etc). These tablets are larger and chalky in nature.
For this reason, some doctors advise taking it with a small sip of lukewarm water:
1. To help the large tablet dissolve quickly after chewing.
2. Or to dissolve 1 tablet in a teaspoon of lukewarm water to avoid touching it with hands and to ensure proper dosing.
It is not meant to be swallowed like an allopathy tablet with a full glass of water. The ideal method is to chew the tablet and let it dissolve on a clean tongue. If needed, you can take a very small sip of lukewarm water afterwards.

You are absolutely right that one should avoid eating or drinking anything for some time before and after taking homeopathic medicines. Taking it with water does not mean that the rule has changed. The medicine should only be dissolved in ¼ cup of lukewarm water or taken with it, and it is necessary to avoid tea, coffee, or food for the next 20 minutes.
Once fully dissolved in water, the surface area of the medicine increases, which allows the body to absorb it even faster.
According to the principles of homeopathy, when a medicine is taken with lukewarm water, it stimulates the body's nervous system (tissues) more rapidly. This helps in providing instant relief from acute symptoms such as allergies and common colds.

Don't take tablets.
It will be not allowed in homoeopathy.
We have to take detail history of patients about half an hour.
If patient take direct tablets then what will be necessary to take history.
Unless and until you have take complete history to understanding the complete patient details.
