Pain after passing stool.
I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice small amount of red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day. I want to know whether this could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or another condition, and what treatment or medicine would be appropriate.
