Pain while passing stool associated with a small lump in the anal region and difficulty sitting commonly suggests either: • Acute anal fissure • External hemorrhoid (pile) • Thrombosed pile (if lump is very painful) Since there is no bleeding but intense pain during stool passage, fissure-in-ano is highly suspected, especially if you have constipation or hard stools. Left-sided abdominal pain may be related to constipation or bowel irregularity. No worries try to connect online and with a proper case taking your issue will be resolved definitely...and you will be more satisfied then.
Next Steps
What you should do: Avoid constipation – increase water intake (2.5–3 liters daily) Take high-fiber diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) Warm sitz bath (10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily) Avoid prolonged sitting Do not strain while passing stool. Daily 30 to 45 minutes walk should be compulsory.... For further queries try to connect online..Stay healthy and safe 👍🏻😊.

Hello, Based on your symptoms — • Severe pain while passing stool • Small lump in anal region • Difficulty sitting • No bleeding This most commonly suggests Anal Fissure or possibly a painful external pile. Intense pain during and after stool, especially without much bleeding, is more typical of fissure. Left-sided abdominal pain may be related to constipation or straining.
Next Steps
In my clinical practice, I have managed many similar cases successfully with individualized homeopathic treatment, especially in early stages, and patients have experienced significant relief in pain and recurrence tendency. However, proper case evaluation is necessary to decide the stage and plan treatment accordingly. If pain is severe or increasing, a physical examination is advisable. You may consult online with detailed history so I can guide you properly and suggest a suitable treatment plan.
Health Tips
✔ Avoid constipation ✔ Drink 2.5–3 litres water daily ✔ Take high-fibre diet (fruits, vegetables) ✔ Avoid spicy and very dry food ✔ Warm sitz bath 10–15 minutes twice daily Do not ignore it, because untreated fissure can become chronic. Take care!
