Hello! I understand that dealing with persistent pain, inflammation, and uncertainty about your diagnosis can be distressing. You’ve taken the right steps by getting the necessary investigations, but I can sense your frustration with the lack of relief despite multiple treatments and dietary changes. From your reports, it appears that you have chronic inflammation of the small intestine with possible Crohn’s disease or another inflammatory bowel condition. The pain after passing stools, mild luminal narrowing, eosinophilia, and reactive lymph nodes suggest ongoing irritation and immune involvement in your gut. In my 23 years of experience, I have successfully treated over 120 cases with similar symptoms, including chronic ileitis and inflammatory bowel conditions. Homeopathy works by addressing the root cause—whether it’s an overactive immune response, gut inflammation, or food sensitivities—without the side effects of conventional medications. Many of my patients have experienced significant relief from pain, swelling, and digestive discomfort with the right individualized treatment. Since you are in daily pain and struggling with swelling despite taking painkillers, it is crucial to start a holistic treatment plan tailored to your specific condition. I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to understand your case in-depth and prescribe the most effective remedies for you. You don’t have to suffer alone—there is a solution! Please book an appointment at health global homoeopathy clinic at vijaynagar bangalore so we can work towards long-term healing and better gut health. Wishing you strength and recovery!

Your symptoms, along with MRI and colonoscopy findings, indicate chronic inflammation in the small intestine, possibly Crohn’s disease. The persistent pain despite dietary changes and conventional treatment suggests the need for a deeper, individualized approach to healing. Homeopathy focuses on reducing inflammation, improving gut function, and addressing the root cause of discomfort rather than just managing symptoms.
Next Steps
I strongly recommend a detailed homeopathic consultation to assess your complete case history, triggers, and overall health to prescribe an individualized remedy. This approach can help reduce inflammation, manage pain, and improve your overall gut health.
Health Tips
Avoid self-medication, as the right remedy depends on a detailed case analysis. Keep track of food triggers and stress levels, as both can impact symptoms. Stay hydrated and follow a gut-friendly diet while addressing any nutritional deficiencies. Long-term use of painkillers may have side effects; alternative pain management strategies should be considered.

It sounds like you are going through a very challenging time with ongoing pain, swelling, and inflammation in your small intestine, possibly linked to "Illeitis" or "Crohn’s disease". The "narrowing and chronic inflammation" seen on MRI and the "reactive lymph nodes" suggest persistent irritation, which is causing your severe pain, especially after bowel movements. Since you’ve already eliminated wheat and dairy and tried allopathic treatment without relief exploring homeopathy and lifestyle changes might offer some additional support.  Homeopathy works on reducing inflammation, modulating immunity, and easing pain.
Next Steps
Consult me on practo online or visit my clinic for further guidance
Health Tips
Lifestyle & Diet Modifications: Since Crohn’s or Ileitis involves chronic inflammation, managing triggers is essential: 1.Anti-Inflammatory Diet – Stick to easily digestible foods like well-cooked vegetables.  2.Low-Fiber Diet During Flare-Ups– Avoid raw veggies, whole grains, and nuts during active inflammation.  3.Hydration – Drink plenty of water; coconut water can be soothing. 4.Probiotics & Gut Healing Foods – Fermented foods (if tolerated), homemade yogurt (lactose-free)  5.Stress Management– Chronic stress can worsen symptoms. Try  meditation, or deep breathing exercises.  6.Regular but Gentle Activity– Light walking or stretching helps digestion.  7.Maintain a Food Diary– Track which foods worsen symptoms and adjust accordingly
