Burning sensation after passing stool
Since few months, feeling burning sensation after passing stool, most of the time. There is no diarrhoea. Stools somewhat hard or sharp, but no constipation. please help.

It's fissure/ plies...Clear with some more information.. Diet- खाएं- Fiber's contain, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, सेब , पपीता ,अमरुद,dry फ्रूट ,नीबू ,संतरा . Popcorn, nuts, Do not use processed food Water(leuk warm/plain nirman water about 4lit per day). *न खायें(बिल्कुल मना है) -मैदा से बनी खाद्य पदार्थ(समोसा,पेटीज़.. etc). भिंडी, भाटा, कददू (बंद) -oily, sweet thing,chips(little bit u can take). -tea, coffee (if sedentary lifestyle so should be avoid but take only one cup a day) - Yoga बज्रासन(must) मयूरासन | Peacock Pose(must) हलासन | Halasana(optional) पवनमुक्तासन | Pavanmuktasana (must) तितली मुद्रा | Butterfly Pose(must)

You need medicines along with high fiber diet. Take lots of fruits like apple ,papaya,banana. Plenty of fluids. Consult me for medicine.

Increase fibres food like cucmber in lunch and dinner. Take plenty of water say about 3 litres a day. Walk regularly for about 30 to 40 minutes daily. Do cycling. Take seasonal fruits. Avoid fried, spicy food including pickles. Take lukewarm water with lemon and honey in morning before you go to wash room.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems 3.
