Since few months, feeling burning sensation after passing stool, most of the time. There is no diarrhoea. Stools somewhat hard or sharp, but no constipation. please help.

Diet-
खाएं-
Fiber's contain, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां,
सेब , पपीता ,अमरुद,dry फ्रूट ,नीबू ,संतरा .
Popcorn, nuts,
Do not use processed food
Water(leuk warm/plain nirman water about 4lit per day).
