Pain in left groin no pain in right. Can AVN grade 2 be treated and cured with homeopathy treatment? If yes how long will it take approximately? Since homeopathy takes time will it not progress further in the meantime?Your advice will be really helpful.

It would be not correct if I mention you exact time of cure
And the word cure is a entity which we can’t use with your problem
It has already progressed to grade 2, while you were already on some other pathy
It’s not that homoeopathy works slow it depends on the disease you come with
First intention to treatment should symptoms relief for better life of the patient also keeping in mind to not progress the disease
Once we achieve this we can think of reversing
This should be the line of treatments
Immediate relief you have to go for surgery which would not recommend

There are many variables when we talk about the cure...
As it has progressed to grade 2, a cure cannot be guaranteed. The first intention should be prompt pain relief, restoration of the range of movement and most importantly arresting the further progress of the damage...
Once this is achieved, we can think of a reversal of the damage if it is possible. There are no curative treatments in other modes as far as I know. The final resort is to go for surgery... I suggest before that you should take proper homeopathic treatment.
