Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs
I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge. No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏

Understanding Your Struggle with Surgical Fatigue Undergoing four anal surgeries, including Kshar Sutra and tissue removal, is physically and emotionally draining. Experiencing weight loss, bodily weakness, and the profound fear of yet another procedure is entirely valid. What you are describing—a small residual dot or tract causing incomplete evacuation post-surgery—frequently occurs when the underlying constitutional tendency toward chronic inflammation and delayed tissue healing remains unaddressed. The Homeopathic Alternative for Recurrent Anorectal Cases At Dr. Palsule’s Homoeopathic Consultancy, we specialize in managing chronic, recurrent fistula-in-ano and post-surgical complications without subjecting weakened bodies to the trauma of another operation. Our clinical framework focuses on the following pillars: * Constitutional Deep-Acting Healing: Rather than cutting or cauterizing local tissue repeatedly, individualized remedies (such as Silicea, Hepar Sulph, Thuja, or Fluoric Acid) are chosen to match your exact symptom profile, resolving the persistent inflammatory diathesis and prompting natural closure of the residual tract. * Rebuilding Vitality & Body Weight: Chronic anorectal disease and repeated surgical interventions severely deplete your vital force. Constitutional homeopathy targets systemic metabolism to help you regain lost weight, stamina, and overall physical strength. * Resolving Incomplete Evacuation: Incomplete evacuation is often perpetuated by scar tissue, local hypersensitivity, or sluggish bowel reflexes. Specialized remedies gently harmonize sphincter tone and peristalsis without causing laxative dependency or straining. * Completely Non-Invasive Care: Our medical management spares your delicate anal tissues from further surgical trauma, eliminating the risk of progressive fibrosis and allowing smooth, painless healing.

There is no need to panic. A small dot or opening at the previous surgical site does not necessarily mean that a new fistula has definitely developed. After repeated surgeries, scar tissue, granulation tissue or a small sinus can sometimes appear similar. Since you have already undergone several procedures and your body has become weak, I understand why you want to avoid another surgery. Homeopathic treatment can be considered as a curative, individualized approach, particularly for the local symptoms, bowel function, healing tendency and your overall constitutional condition. If you would like, you can share your previous surgery reports, current photographs/reports, bowel symptoms and complete case history. We can then assess the case in detail and explain what homeopathic treatment may be appropriate. I understand your concern, especially after multiple procedures. However, a small “dot” does not necessarily mean that a new fistula has definitely formed. You can see the fistula results within few weeks. I have cured patients of fistula.

Hello. I completely understand your physical exhaustion and distress after going through four painful anal surgeries at such a young age. Undergoing repeated procedures and experiencing weight loss is exhausting, and it is completely natural that you want to avoid surgery entirely. The encouraging news is that homeopathy offers a deeply effective, gentle, and 100% non-surgical alternative for recurrent fissures and post-surgical fistulas. For a comprehensive recovery plan tailored to help your body heal naturally, my new case consultation fee is ₹2000, which completely covers your consultation charges, customized medicine preparation, and secured doorstep delivery. I can understand why you are scared of another surgery, especially after going through multiple painful procedures and weight loss. A small “dot” in a previous wound does not by itself confirm a fistula. It could represent a healing sinus, scar tissue, or an early fistulous opening, so proper examination by a colorectal/experienced proctology surgeon is important before deciding on surgery.
Next Steps
Since you have no discharge, bleeding or significant pain, don’t panic or assume that another operation is definitely required. Keep stools soft with adequate fluids and fibre, avoid straining and prolonged sitting on the toilet, and follow the local wound-care advice given by your doctor. Avoid inserting or applying home remedies inside the area.
Health Tips
would suggest getting a second opinion from a colorectal surgeon, preferably with examination and, if clinically indicated, MRI pelvis to determine whether there is actually a fistulous tract. Some selected fistulas can be managed with minimally invasive or sphincter-preserving approaches, but the appropriate option depends on the anatomy.

Hello, I completely understand your pain, weakness, and anxiety. Undergoing 4 surgeries is exhausting for both the body and mind. Please do not panic; since you have no bleeding or active discharge, Homeopathy offers a highly effective, safe, and completely non-surgical approach to help heal this condition and restore your strength. What Could This Be? (Potential Causes) The dot-like appearance and the feeling of incomplete evacuation could be due to 3 main possibilities: Early Stage Fistula: A small, new microscopic tract forming due to deep-seated tissue inflammation. Delayed Wound Healing: Part of the previous surgery's wound healing from the inside out, forming a small dot of granulation tissue. Anal Stricture or Spasms: Mild narrowing or stiffness in the anal passage caused by scarring from multiple past surgeries, making bowel movements feel incomplete. How Homeopathy Can Help Without Surgery Targeted Healing: Homeopathic treatment focuses on drying up internal inflammation and closing deep-seated tissue tracts naturally from within, without any cuts or procedures. Improving Bowel Movements: Special constitutional remedies help relax the anal sphincters and regulate bowel habits to relieve the sensation of incomplete evacuation. Rebuilding Strength: Since you have lost weight and feel weak, constitutional homeopathic medicines will also work to improve your digestion, nutrient absorption, and overall energy levels. Supportive Care: Continue taking warm Sitz baths (sitting in a tub of warm water) 2-3 times a day and include plenty of fiber and water in your diet to keep stools soft.
Next Steps
You do not need to rush into another surgery. I highly recommend consulting a qualified Homeopathic Doctor for a detailed case evaluation. They will review your complete medical history and prescribe a customized, gentle treatment plan to heal the wound and rebuild your health.
