4mm Kidney stone in my left Ureter

Could doctor please clarify:
1. Do these medicines actually help a 4 mm ureteric stone pass or dissolve?
2. For Berberis vulgaris, is Mother Tincture, 30CH or 200CH more effective?
3. Is there any proven benefit to combining Berberis vulgaris + Cantharis + Solidago, or only Berberis vulgaris is sufficient in my case? Or take it along with SBL clearstone?
4. Can they be safely taken alongside treatment prescribed by a urologist? Or I stop allopathy medicine giving dry ejaculation and drowsiness.

1. Do Berberis vulgaris, Cantharis, Solidago help a 4mm ureteric stone pass or dissolve?
A 4mm ureteric stone has a very high chance (80-90%) of passing spontaneously with good hydration and medical expulsive therapy. No medicine - allopathy or homeopathy - has strong scientific evidence to _dissolve_ a ureteric stone.
In homeopathy, Berberis vulgaris is traditionally used for renal colic and left-sided pain radiating to ureter, Cantharis for burning urination, Solidago for kidney congestion. These are symptomatic supports, not proven lithotriptic (stone-dissolving) agents in modern studies. They may help with pain / burning, but they do not guarantee passage.
2. Mother Tincture vs 30CH vs 200CH for Berberis vulgaris?
For urinary stone complaints, homeopaths most commonly use Berberis vulgaris Mother Tincture (Q).
30CH and 200CH are higher dilutions used more on constitutional basis, not specifically for stone expulsion. The choice of potency depends on the totality of symptoms, which a qualified homeopath should decide after case taking. There is no comparative clinical trial proving one potency is more effective than other for stones.
3. Combination vs single? With SBL Clearstone?
There is no proven benefit in studies that combining Berberis + Cantharis + Solidago is better than Berberis alone. In classical homeopathy, generally one remedy at a time based on symptoms is preferred. Polypharmacy combinations are common in commercial products.
SBL Clearstone drops already contains Berberis vulgaris Q + Cantharis + Solidago + other ingredients. So taking Berberis Q separately along with Clearstone means you are taking Berberis in double dose. No proven added advantage. If you want to take homeopathy, take only one approach under one homeopath's guidance.
4. Can they be taken with allopathy? Should you stop allopathy?
Please do not stop the urologist's treatment.
Dry ejaculation is a known side effect of Tamsulosin (alpha-blocker commonly given for ureteric stone to relax ureter for easy passage). Drowsiness can be due to painkillers. Please inform your urologist - he can adjust dose or change medicine, but do not stop on your own, as it helps in stone passage and prevents obstruction / infection.
Homeopathic tinctures are generally considered compatible, but they are in alcohol base and can cause gastric irritation or interact if taken in excess. If you wish to try them, keep a 30-45 minute gap from allopathy medicines and inform both your urologist and homeopath about all medicines you are taking.

Taking homeopathic treatment from youtube and internet search is not going to help.
Most of the patients do not get results as homeopathic medicines needs to be prescribed on individual symptoms... with the above mother tinctures... I suggest you to take proper homeopathic treatment.

Please don't stop the treatment prescribed by your urologist on your own, especially if it was prescribed to facilitate stone passage or control pain. If you are experiencing significant pain, fever, vomiting, reduced urine output or worsening symptoms, you should be reviewed promptly.

2 Berberis vulgaris MT is very good if prescribed just based on diagnosis,if other symptoms pain ,severity all etc are the same as Berberis therapeutic then higher potency works well.
