Hello!
There are a lot of medicines in Homeopathy that are effective in treatment of renal calculi and stop it's recurrence.
A correct individualistic medicine can be prescribed based on the symptoms and it's severity after detailed case history..
Next Steps
You can schedule an online consultation with me or visit a nearest registered Homeopath..
If you have already consulted, wait for a few days to see the results
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, consume citrus fruits
Avoid high protein diet, salty-spicy things, beverages
Abstain from alcohol and smoking.
CT scan shows that compared to the size of the calculus , density is less....so chances are good that you can pass your stone with homeopathy medicines and increased liquid intake upto 4 litres per day.....
Shubham I would suggest you to please take proper consultation as a thorough case taking is a must in your case as you have splenic enlargement along with some complications that have developed due to renal calculi. So, instead of taking the mentioned medication better to consult your prescribing physician again or go for online consultation on practo.

If you’re considering homeopathic remedies for kidney stones, here are a few commonly used options:
Berberis Vulgaris: This remedy is often recommended if you’re experiencing sharp, cutting pain in your kidneys or urinary tract. It might help alleviate the discomfort associated with the stones.
Sarsaparilla: If you’re feeling pain during urination or if the stones are causing discomfort while passing urine, Sarsaparilla may be beneficial.
Cantharis: This remedy could be useful if you’re experiencing a burning sensation during urination or intense pain in the urinary tract.
However, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment. Kidney stones can sometimes require more conventional medical approaches, so professional guidance is important to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
1 cm uretric stone is too big to get expelled by Berberis vulg. U need proper medication for which in person consultation is required. U can visit clinic to get proper treatment
Urtica urens q along with these medicines might be more helpful, take adequate amount of water, 1 cm calculi are too big to be in ureter please correlate size
As the calculus size is bit large, keep an eye on pain and keep pain medication handy if required. You already have medicine that will work wonders. Please report your doctor timely, as stone passes through ureter that may cause some discomfort.
