It is encouraging that Arsenicum album 30C has given you good relief, but the new dryness of the lips and throat should not simply be ignored. In homoeopathy, we look at the complete symptom picture, and a new symptom appearing after a medicine is a reason to reassess the prescription rather than repeatedly continue it
