I have undergone a 2d Echo where reports say EF is 33%. Please suggest what to do? And it can resolve by medicines only??

I’ve been taking Ciplar LA 20 mg for the past 5–6 months after experiencing  2-3 anxiety attacks. All my heart tests (including CT, etc.) came back normal.  after that he advised to see a psychiatrist he  prescribed Cipradep 5 mg for 2 weeks , but I experienced some uncomfortable side effects when I started it, like: Difficulty sleeping Shortness of breath (for about 30 minutes) Chest heaviness and slight pain on the left side Sweating and restlessness At that time, i asked him to stop and we could restart when I felt ready.psychiatrist said ok  Currently, I’m continuing Ciplar 20 mg, but I’m again facing high heart rate and palpitations — it feels like the Ciplar is not helping as much now. What shall I do ?
