Chest pain
I have had chest heaviness and sense of laboured breathing for last 3-4 days. I underwent EcG, ECHo and Trop I. Reports attached. What should I do next? I had Coronary angiogram in January 2023 and CT Coronary angiogram in January 2025. They say normal coronaries with myocardial bridge in LAD. I have had frequent left chest pain in past but chest heaviness with sense of breathlessness is new to me.

SOB and Edema
I'm a 29-year-old female experiencing intermittent pitting edema in my feet. A comprehensive set of tests was conducted to rule out serious underlying conditions, including liver and kidney function tests (LFT, KFT), complete blood count (CBC), serum glucose, lipid profile, urine routine and protein-creatinine ratio, serum cortisol, and thyroid profile.
All results came back normal. Due to the persistent nature of the edema, a 2D echocardiogram was also performed, which was completely normal. The edema was ultimately attributed to prolonged standing. However, l've recently started experiencing shortness of breath while walking, which has made me question whether a 2D echo alone is sufficient to rule out heart failure. Is it possible to have heart failure even if both the echocardiogram and color Doppler appear normal?

Heart issue
I am a marfan syndrome l
Patient. Mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome.. Dr said me to continue all day to day activities and my heart functioning is normal also i don't need to take any medicines or treatments for this.. I know that since this is a genetic disorder my there is a chance of 25% that my child will also inherit this... My husband also had heart disease when he was a a kid. He had vulva issue and a hole. Later it is operated and he is fine and healthy for this 15 years and no treatments or medicines for him too...
Is there an increased chance of our child having heart issue because of the inheritance from both father and mother
