Feeling some shortness of breath patient suffering from hypothyroidism got ecg and echo done.are these ecg and echo normal?

Is this ECG normal I want to anything related to heart just randomly i done this ECG please tell is this normal

Sir, A female 40 yrs old suffering from acute mild chest pain with palpitations since 3months . Her BP 130/85mmhg. B sugar F 76. T cholesterol 175. T G.160. ECG attached. What is case? Pl.advice me. Thanks.

Actually from 2024 onwards I had medium pain in left hand and left side chest and I felt very much ghbrahat aur uneasiness that time Jan 2024 so I did a echo 2d on March 2024 it was normal that I will attach so the dr suggested costochondritis and written some medicine after that the pain was little there but no ghbrahat or anxiety now this year again in July 1st while I was taking a class I again had uneasiness and pain that is constant from 2024 and ghbrahat and 4 days ago I had same pain on the left side chest hand medium bht ghbrahat so dr told me to do a ecg I quickly went to the hospital anf without resting di the  ecg it shows sinus tachycardia and acute t wave in lead v2 and v3 and then I went to the dr quickly he told to do trop I test then I did trop I half hour within the ecg the trop I test came negative so dr(md,f.c.c.s ,ccebdm) said it is because of anxiety actually I had cholesterol high total cholesterol 234 ldl 160 which I lower to ldl 130 total 209(15july 2025) age 23

Pain in middle of heart n dizziness n unable to breath some time last from 1 week I consult with one dr also he gave me medicine but now still paining

How to identify heart issues if arising and what early treatment can be given? What medication should be provided and what test should be taken

Bina Saxena is 63 years old. She has been suggested for Dobutamine Stress Echo Test by a renowned Cardiologist. She can't run on a treadmill but she can walk briskly. My query is whether she can go for normal Echo Test instead of Dobutamine Stress Echo Test ?
