For the last six months I have had a burning sensation on the back side of heart and front side but not frequently. from last two weeks I have fast heart rate and fatigue and swelling of feet but not pitting edema. and I went to body check up I got negative results such as Total Cholesterol 162.4 mg/dL Triglycerides 136.8 mg/dL HDL Cholesterol 27.4 mg/dL Non-HDL Cholesterol LDL Cholesterol 107.64 mg/dL VLDL Cholesterol 27.36 mg/dL CHOL/HDL Ratio 5.93 LDL/HDL Ratio 3.93 Borderline short PR Interval in ECG. I consulted a general physician and they told me I am at high risk of cardiac disease immediately cardiac consultation. Please help me

Hi Sir/Madam, Attached recent ECG report, please provide me below details: 1. Is there any abnormalities in the report? If yes, anything severe or unusual or risk? 2. Please explain the terms used in impression/summary such as 'Sinus Rhythm',  'Sinus arrhythmia seen', 'Left Axis Deviation', 'Non-specific ST/T Wave Changes' and 'rsr Pattern in V2'. Is any of this refers any abnormality? Or it is common without anh worries? 3. If any of these are not normal then what will be the medical advice for these? Thanks.

Hi I'm having heaviness in heart from 1 month suddenly it's coming and it's the 3rd time I'm experiencing now in last 1 month and in that time im having heavy breathing , can't catch up air easily. Please tell me what to do . My BP is 140 / 90

Actually 1 year ago had a uneasiness palpitation left side chest pain and hand so I went to the dr after 2 months he order a 2d echo which I done attach the report (10 months ago) he said it's anxiety or costochondritis pain so I took medicine it was normal after 1 year again this month I had same ghabrahat palpitations and left side chest hand pain so I went to the dr he order a ecg which I did quickly as I went to the hospital without resting and it showed sinus tachycardia and hyperacute t wave in v2 v3 I am also attaching the report again after the ecg report I quickly went to the dr he looked an order a trop I test so did it also just within half hour of the ecg it came negative so the dr said it is anxiety because when I did ecg I was very afraid and i did without rest my lipid profile 5 months ago was total cholesterol 234 ldl 160 which I have improved this month I done test it is total cholesterol 209 ldl 130 plz tell what is the reason for this pain and ghbrahat palpitations

I can't have any symptoms why the ECG shows sinus arrhythmia. Please explain it. Is this ECG is normal.
