Poor R wave progression anterior lead
Hi doc i am 37 male , My recent ECG report shows poor R-wave progression in the anterior leads. I wasn’t experiencing chest pain, but I have been having episodes of dizziness, a tingling sensation, and sweating. About 20 days ago, my ECG was normal. I also have a history of high blood pressure and anxiety. Should I be concerned about this finding, and what further evaluation would you recommend? My dr says its normal don't need to worry and give me anxiety pills after that i feel absolutely normal. But i am anxious its not going out of my mind. I have history of anxiety and panic attacks. Don't want to go into that loop again. Everyone saying its normal. Please help

Relax. You can’t have everything in your control. ECG is not that alarming. But remember Stress is itself an important risk factor for heart disease. Don’t let the fear become the cause of the problem that you’re scared of. Consider a CT angiography if there’s a significant family history, atypical persistent symptoms, along with other risk factors.
