Feeling chest pain in right hand side below the chest in between the center of both the livers and it was from last 2 days and feeling more while walking and doing some physical activities

I've myself having the problem of shortness in breath and anxiety. I had done ecg with gap of 3 months four times and all the time it is normal. If one time ecg is normal then we can consider the further test but it is normal whenever I'm doing it, so does it shows heart enlargement?

From last few days I have bloating in stomach and when I bend with upper chest leaning get breathlessness

I have done this ECG today pulse rate written 41 bpm, tachycardia, long qt syndrome,qtc-734 how it's possible my pulse rate never come 41 it always above 85 bpm and i have 2 ECG 20 days ago no long qt syndrome or any other defect,one holter also no long qt syndrome written but why it showing now this or is this machine defect information please tell should I repeat ecg and i take betablocker for sinus tachycardia problem 10 mg propanol

Past few days I am experiencing pain in left side(not in middle) chest. It's something like needle passing through chest to back for few seconds. Also tooth pain in left side(not radiating through chest). Already done ECG(2days ago) Echo(2moths ago) and TMT (06 months ago) yet I am having some or other pains in chest. Any suggestions?

I was earlier prescribed tab olmat for high BP. But now my physician has also added tab bisoheart 5 mg as my TMT test is mildly positive. Can I take both medicine together or should I stop taking olmat, since bisoheart controls BP also.  please advise.
