Before holter i am taking propanal 10 mg tablet daily once for four months after four months i have done holter before holter by mistake I take 20 mg tablet propanal before holter and 24 hours result show 6 pvc does it will be more if I take 10 mg propanal and after holter also I am taking 10 mg tablet is it sufficient or should I repeat holter

I delivered premature baby in Jan, was given three steroids. After delivery I was passing gas frequently, after few months my chest started to hurt and ENT stated I have acid reflux. My BP is always high 133/96, 130/90 and today when I took in hospital it's 150/90 I'm having chest pain and both shoulder/arm pain and upper back pain constantly. Actually I had left side chest pain hand and left side pain palpitations and ghbrahat uneasiness so went to the dr he advise a 2d echo which I had done and it shows normal echo dr said it might be costochondritis gave me medicine and it became normal and I had no pain but again this year I again started having pain palpitations and uneasiness ghbrahat dizziness so I went to the dr he said do the ecg so I went quickly to the hospital and without resting done the ecg it showed sinus tachycardia and hyperacute t waves in v2 v3 so I went to the dr again he did a trop I test and I done the test withing half hour of ecg it came negative so I went to the Dr(Mbbs md ccebdm f.c.c.s) he said it is anxiety that's why it happening he gave some medicine like internal 10 and rousamac maxmala 50 as I had ldl 130 total cholesterol 209 please tell me why it showed such hyperacute t waves and tachycardia is it normal i had anxiety duringecgandin practo cardiologist said anxiety(I have hiatus hernia gerd
