I am feeling numbness and pain in my shoulder left arm and chest it comes and goes .I have low b12 and D3 also calcium levels. My ECG is also normal dr suggested me Atrovastatin 10, painkiller and omee Is this a heart problem.

I have a history of anxiety. On Monday night, when I was about to sleep, my heartbeat suddenly increased and I felt uneasy. When I checked on the oximeter, my pulse was between 130–145. I immediately took Ciplar 10 to calm down. After 10 minutes, it was still above 120. I went to a nearby hospital where my BP was 160/100. ECG was normal. The next day, I consulted a cardiologist. He said it was a panic attack. However, I am still unsure why this is happening, since I don’t have much stress. For the last few weeks, I’ve been feeling fatigue, fear, and being scared, which seems to increase my anxiety. I always fear that I might have heart problems, because the symptoms of anxiety and heart issues feel very similar. I also did a 2D Echo on June 29, which came normal. Attaching latest ECG and medications for review. Please guide.

My Haemoglobin count is 12.9 , RBC 6.1 , MCV 67 , MCH 21.1 is this normal blood count help to clarification

If there is chest pain only for 2-3 minutes and no chest  pain for 20 days and if tmt test done for heart attack or to check blockage and if tmt test comes normal than there is need of echo test also to check for blockage or tmt test is enough .

Hi Sir/Ma'am, My Mother had a Bypass surgery in 2021. She is taking her medicines of Heart, BP, Thyroid and Sugar. Recently sometimes she experiences sudden pain at the back of head, Dizziness and Nausea. Sometimes when this happens she vomits as well. Is this all related to Heart? If yes then let me know what I can do here

My regular medication Gemer Dapa XR 10/1/500.       1-0-1 Metosartan 40/50.                          1-0-0 Metformin 250.                                   0-1-0 Cinod5 mg.                                             0-0-1               Sodium. 126mgdl Hban1c. 5.5.   Average  111 mgdl Fasting.  91 mgdl Eco  test normal Creatine 0.80 All bood, urine,  LFT, and KFT reports are normal

Hello doctors I was having high BP issues (BP usually 145/90 160/95 155/90 etc) so my doctor started mild dose of olmezest 10 earlier i was taking olmezest 20 but as it was making my BP low so doctor reduced the dose. It's been 4-5 months I am on this medication. I have observed specially during afternoon my BP gets low while I am resting like 115/73 104/68 and sometimes even 102/74 99/73 like that as well. And plus rate is also 73,82, 76 etc. I am not sure if it's too low I need to be worry or not as i am overthinker. I was suffering from anxiety as well which have come down by god's grace. When the BP is low sometimes i do feel light headed not always. Rest whenever i have checked morning/evenings it's always in healthy range. I am scared of all these heart issues and the news what they show on TV that all young people are dying due to heart issues. It's makes me anxious and scared so I always think that my heart should be healthy. Please suggest if anything needs to be worry about.

If ECG is normal means no hypertrophy cardiomyopathy or other hypertrophy and other test needed to be check or its enough

How can I do exercise of climbing steeps how many minutes I can climb steeps only one floor is alright coming up and down

My Mother have Problem of Hypertension since last 6-7 years She has been Taking medicine Envas -5 from last 4 years and was having no problem of BP But From last 10-15 days She is feeling dizziness, headache and Her BP is also Altering although Still She is taking Envas -5 one tablet a day (As Prescribed) So What Should She Do?? Should She Take two tablets a day?? Or Should She Take Envas 10 instead of Envas 5 or Should We Change the medicine?? Please Guide and Suggest Me as I am Really very tensed from this situation THANKS 🙏🏻
