Positive TMT Despite Normal Echo/ECG

Back in 2018, he underwent coronary angiography which showed 2–3 blockages (we don't have exact percentages documented now), but he opted not to undergo stenting or bypass at that time. Since then, he's been on medication-based management and remained symptom-free. BP spikes during Panic Attack

I am currently on a Somatic Symptom Disorder Treatment and recently started medication Escitalopram 5mg and Etizolam 0.25mg in the night. It's my 13th day pf the treatment and have experienced 2 episodes of panic attack within this treatment. During the panic attack my BP spikes to 160+/100 and 90-100 Heart Rate, it causes headache and pressure during the attack in head. Whereas normally it range between 130-140/80-90 and 65-60 Heart Rate everyday. My heart rate being on the lower side of the normal range , I don't know whether to take any Beta Blocker like propanol daily or SOS during panic attacks OR any other good medicine which can fit best in this scenario.

Lipid is bad triglyceride 475

Hi doctors,  I got my Annual blood  test done along with  Cardiac markers. Majority factors came fine  like LFT, KFT, CBC, sugar hb1ac, etc. But cardiac related  tests were in bad shape .  TRIGLYCERIDES = 475 , very hig. LDL = 133 high. HDL =35 below borderline of 40  Cardiac markers : CRP = 7.6, shud  below 10.  HS CRP =7.30, high shud be less than 3 ( also hv throat infection these days so can be high due to that )  Homocystain = 19 shud be less than 14  and LP a = less than 3 , This was ok shud be less than 30. few of these look quite alarming to me. Please suggest what best measures can be take to control them fully.  I have health anxiety issues too and i fear of having a heart attack.  unfortunately my desk job won't allow me much walking on daily basis. Please suggest what additional test can be done if required and how to control HS CRP 7.30 and triglyceride 475 to normal levels naturally or avoiding food or if any medicine are required.
