My 72 year old mother diagnosed severe aortic stenosis with asymptomatic . She is non diabetic, non hypertension. She is less active due to knee issues . 2D values as below : 1. Mild calcification 2. Ava : 0.7 cm2 3. Vmax : 4.1 Avg :68/41 mmhg Lvef : 69 Consulted Cordialogist suggest wait for symptoms and do 2D echo 6 months once . Kindly suggest is avr can be good option now

Felt like head is reeling, tightness in chest and upper abdomen with elevated heart rate. 115 beats/minute in rest also upto 3 hours. Back of head pain and felt lifeless like no energy in both of my hands from shoulder. Visited the doctor did an ECG told it's normal. Prescribed me pantop 40. My ECG report is attached.

I am taking indrenal la 20 mg for 14 days for panic attack and anxiety, palpitations, but I feel very low while taking the medicine and become so depressed, now for 26 days I'm Stop taking this medicine, but sometimes I feel palpitations not severe for 2-3 minutes and sudden suffocation while taking breathing, in morning time I feel ligheadness and vertigo and feeling of fainting and anxiety. I stop indrenal with my doctor advice but i feel this problem . Now I am without medication and under the guidance with clinical psychologist, What should I do now?
