I have chest pressure since many months but it has worsened in 1-2 months- my jaw also hurts n sometimes SOB.. Feels like angina- exertional as well as at rest! Had ct angio 7 months ago- normal, tmt twice okay.. went to er thrice this month- trop I okay- less than .01 mostly.. doc put on NICORANDIL 10 mg- it worked for 2 days somewhat but not anymore Shall i go for angiogram as suggested by doc or seek second opinion? No idea how to proceed

Hi I have diabetes I take galvus met 50/500 hba1c is 5.9 for hight bp I take met xl am 50/5 and prazosin  2.5 in night now bp is 125-135/85-95. .when I used to take amodep At 50/5 my bp was bit less compare to met xl Kindly suggest which bp med to continue .not I have palpitations as well

Since 2 weeks I am feeling down in energy, Also feeling like I have heart issues I am dealing with health anexity since 3 years Last month I had done all blood test for which reports are attached and even shown to cardiologist who done 2d echo which came has normal, still this fear weakness and pain left me scared. I feel like something is wrong with my heart. Also my b12 is came border for which I have taken meconerve 1500 Please help

Since few days whenever i get up from sitting position my heart starts racing for a few seconds. I feel tired after walking even few steps. This is happening since last 2 days and it worsens during night. I did ecg 3 months back for some muscle related chest pain it was normal according to doctor. I don't feel dizzy or palpitations when i am sitting or lying down.

Trpg- 22.97 mmHg Pulmonary valve- normal in shape with normal opening Others- no obvious intra-cardiac clot/mass No PAH, PASP 28mmHg No feature of tamponade, epicardial fat thickness. Chest XRay- everything normal. ECG- Normal SiNUS RHYTHM As per ECHO, my mother has Dilated left atrium,  how dangerous is it, what future complications may happen?  What should be the next course of action. She takes bp med. Her bp is always around 121/72. Please answer 🙏🏻

My bp generally remains normal but in case of anxiety bp shoots up , so doc prescribed me nebistar 2.5 mg I am a non diabetic person, I want to know does the nebistar effect sugar

It has been 10 months of my angioplasty. I am in a very healthy life style. Eating healthy and walks around 6km daily. I generally gets chest pain for few seconds while walk or doing office work in these 10 months. But my doctor said it is not cardiac pain. But 2 days back I got severe pain and pain got relieved after taking sorbitrate. Based on the few questions doctor asked, he said it is very unlikely of a cardiac issue. My smartwatch ecg also detected nothing at that time[watch is good as first time it detected the issue 10 months back] Now he said if I get again this pain get ECG and CT-angio done. Now 2days I did not get that pain but I am feeling fatigued and my chest feels heavy also feeling anxious. What should I do? Should I do everything before I take few days rest. I am already in met xl, axcer 90, nikoran and ecosprin av 75/40.

Kindly assist, this report is normal? Or I'm in risk? Or need to take medicines, here is the report. I have been having pain on the left side near heart since last 1.5 year. This pain is intermittent but happens almost everyday. Got done X-Ray, CT angiography,TMT all tests- all are fine. Have 112 LDL and have been having high HS-CRP and CRP HS-CRP(8). Not able to understand the issue- is it related to heart ? Can it be Costocondritis?

I have gone for the ECG test, just to make sure that my ecg is fine. There is nothing to worry about. Thanks
