My Age : 32 Weight : 67kg Problem : Nowadays I am feeling tired very easily. After doing small work also looks like I get tierd. Just don't want to leave the bed. 'My age is 37yrs...i have pcod problem...in September my bp had suddenly increased 170/160....but after few days as bp was in normal range...so dr had stopped medicine...again from last wk my neck was paining..so checked bp it was 160/90.... doctor has given tablet Cytel 40mg-1 tab morning.... will i have to take bp medicine forever??? I was recently diagnosed with Dilated cardiomyopathy My EF was 32 which is improved to 45 within 3 weeks Angiogram is normal Mri: Dilated LV with global hypokinesia and faint linear mid myocardial delayed enhancement in the basal septum - suggest Dilated cardiomyopathy Pet scan:  findings of severely reduced perfusion in the apical septal, basal inferoseptal segment involving 12% of LV myocardium - ? Post myocarditis sequale. Latest 2d echo is mild lv dysfunction which was severe lv dysfunction mild global hypokensia of lv Latest  nt probnp 108 I have two queries 1. I am using a duphalac laxative but no result of severe constipation. Only enema is helping. How to address this which triggered after DCM medicine and fluid restriction Medicine: sacurise 25 mg twice concor-cor 1.25 mg oxra 10mg aldactone 25 mg 2. What type of Cardiomyopathy is mine and how many days it takes to get back normal

Whenever I'm anxious, crying or hurt, i get sharp pain in my heart with breathing problems. I can't breath properly and get high anxiety too. What is the problem I'm suffering?
