Hi all.Iam writing this in view of a query regarding bp medication.Iam taking telma H and metpure xl 25 since 3 weeks as advised by doctor for bp and pulse.I was advised follow up after 3 weeks with some tests to be done.Now my query is do I continue with this medication or stop as my BP and pulse is absolutely normal. Can I take sildenafil 100 with telma 20 Earlier I was taking metpure 25. But due to low HR docter switched me to telma. I was taking 100 mg sildenafil while I was on metpure 25 .

During my regular health check up I got my ECG done. My ECG report suggests biatrial enlargement. Should I be worried .

Hello Doctor, I’ve been taking Met XL 25 mg once daily in the evening for the past 7 years. But today after dinner (I had only a simple sweet dish – sheera), I suddenly experienced palpitations and anxiety. I checked my BP at home — it was 170/110 and heart rate was 104. I rushed to a nearby hospital. ECG and cardiac profile were done — both came back normal. At the hospital, my BP was 160/90, so the doctor gave me Stamlo 5 mg (Amlodipine) as an emergency dose. After taking it, I felt better. When I asked if I need to take Stamlo 5 regularly, the doctor said it was only for emergency. Now I just want a second opinion — Do I need to start Stamlo 5 daily or not?

Back in 2018, he underwent coronary angiography which showed 2–3 blockages (we don't have exact percentages documented now), but he opted not to undergo stenting or bypass at that time.
