Hey i am getting my left hand pain and chest upper part pain at some point and the pain starts from left chest and goes to right and then to the left hand I am facing this since last 1 month I am tensed about what would be the reason Is it related to heart or just a pinched nerve i have no symptoms like sweating, shortness of breathing and all i have have some dizziness Some time the pain goes to the left back side below the rib - make it into 10 characters and i am using ibuprofen

Doctor, I want to know which test are needed to be done for a smoking and alcoholic person as my husband is a smoker and consume alcohol although he is trying to cut it from his life yet I need to check what are the effects on his organs like kidney liver heart  lungs etc so give me a list of relevant test which is needed to make me inform about his health and organ affected by the smoking drinking and chewing gutka.
