Sir mere chest ke lest side me pain rahta hai aur unlimited dekar ati hai mera BP 140/90 hai meri age 40  hai maine  2d aur ecg kraya oh normal hai aur  docter ne mujhe ciplar la 40 likha hai , mai 4 month se le raha hu abhi tak koi aram nahi hai toh mai ciplar la 40 lena  band kr sakta hu ya nahi please help

Hi , My mother lipoprotein a is 44 and NT pro is 188 ,Homocysteine is 18 and high sensitive CPR is 10.1 , please advise she doesn't have any chest pain .

My father miss bp tablet  for 1 day accidently he have sweat that night so on 2nd day after eating the tablet at morning we go for an ECG at night of that day.

Hi doctors, sometimes I feel anxious and hence rapid heart beat per minute. Sometimes I feel a dull ache in my chest, which comes for a few seconds and goes away. In may my heart rate went upto 140 around, because of some stressful situations, so i went to doctor to consult. He did ECG and echo, and blood tests and all were fine. Then he suggested me concor 2.5 mg but because of this medicine my bp was going on lower side, then he prescribed covabrad 5mg but i was feeling like breathless after taking this, so i stopped this. Now since 1 month my heart rate is in normal range, but i sometimes feel like breathless. What to do? Is it due to anxiety? Or something else?

Hello Doctor, My husband is 40 years old and works in the IT sector, which involves long hours of sitting and screen time. His blood pressure readings usually range between 128/80 to 140/90, with some readings around 130/86. He is not currently taking any medication for blood pressure or any other health condition. I’m planning to monitor his BP regularly at home and maintain a log. Could you please advise: What is the best time of day to take BP readings? Should we take the reading right after waking up, or before/after exercise, pranayama, or walking? Is it useful to check in the evenings, before or after dinner? For how many days should we track the readings before consulting a cardiologist? His pulse rate usually stays between 72–76 bpm. I just want to ensure we’re tracking correctly and taking the right steps before seeing a specialist. Kindly guide us. Thank you.

71 yrs. High BP fluctuates between 150/90 up and 130/80 and is not controlled on Carvedilol 3.125 mg twice a day alone.  Should dose be increased or what additional safe drug can be given keeping the current carvedilol continued? Patient has compensated liver cirrhosis and carvedilol needs to be continued. Can a diuretic be added to current med in view of occassional pedal edema?

NTproBNP of my father is 3,875.50. His potassium is 6.05. He is on medication of blood pressure, diabetes, potasium and cardiac. His blood pressure increases when he sleeps. He use auto c-pap when he sleeps. Please guide.
