Chest tightness with burping and dizzyne
I am 29 Y male
having burping, chest tightness, breathlessness, nausea and dizzyness for a week. After 4 days i took ecg. It was normal and only sinus tachycardia. I was taking pantaprazole twice a day but burping didnt go. Bp was constatnly around 130/87 . After 6 days i stopped pantaprazole. Nausea was less. Dizzyness reduced. Took gelusil on 6th night . All was ok. Next day bp came to 117/75. But same day felt dizzy again and chest tightness started. Again took gelusil. But need to knownis it really due to any disorder or because of my anxiety? Or do i need to do more tests? Sometime feel like back pain and gas release

Hyperacute T waves in anterior leads
Hello Doctor,
I am sharing my husband’s ECG report with you. The impression shows sinus rhythm with hyperacute T waves in anterior leads, without reciprocal changes. He is 26 years old, non-smoker, no history of diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. He is also not experiencing any chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or other cardiac symptoms at the moment.
Could you please advise whether this finding is significant and if further tests (like repeat ECG, troponin, or echo) are needed urgently?

ECG abnormal, TMT +ve & normal CT angio
I had a very mild chest heaviness/tightness on left part of chest that would come for 2 seconds and then go. This happened 10-12 times on Day 1. I consulted a physician and he recommended to get an ECG which came borderline abnormal t wave. He then recommend TMT which came positive and CIMT came negative. After that I was referred to cardiologist and he recommended CT Coronary ANGIOGRAPHY and it was normal with 0 calcium deposits.
And doc said nothing to worry.
Any recommendations?
