Respected dr My left had pain and numbness sometimes upper stomach pain and gas problem too consult a doctor and check ecg. Ecg is normal and heart rate 115 shown stomach upset and loose motion too what was real problem if any chance to heart attack i am so tensed

A 76-year-old male presented with chest pain, breathlessness, and sweating, indicative of a high-risk acute coronary syndrome suggestive of an evolving anteroseptal STEMI. Coronary angiography revealed critical multi-vessel, multi-lesion atherosclerotic coronary artery disease with left main disease: LMCA shows diffuse disease extending into LAD and LCX; LAD has a Type III vessel with ostio-proximal 100% occlusion (acute on chronic), filling via collaterals from LCX; LCX has an ostial 80% stenosis with normal distal segments; and RCA, the dominant vessel, shows a mid-segment 100% chronic total occlusion with collaterals from LCX, distal RCA, and PDA being fairly clean. An attempted primary PCI to LAD failed as the 0.014" SION J guide wire could not cross the total occlusion, suggesting a chronic total occlusion, leading to procedure termination. The patient was shifted to CR for further management, and a CVTS opinion has been sought.

From past few days i feel sudden muscle twitch in my left side of chest which are painless comes and goes sometimes once daily or sometimes after 2 days but overall i feel heavy in my left side of chest i did my ecg it came out normal and performed 2D echo 10 months back went to cardiologist he checked ecg and said its fine but along with this i have loss of appetite from many days my sleep gets disrupted in 2/3 hours and then m unable to sleep can anyone please advise what to do next visited many doctors nobody is able to diagnose

I have had intense heart attack like symptoms 4-5 times.. i always go to er n get ekg n trop I tested.. the last 4 times trop I was 0.001 ng/ml so practically zero but this time it has come out 0.01 ng/ml ( ekg normal) Wouldn't this rise from baseline levels concerning ? The ER told me that they wouldn't bother about such fluctuations unless it increases above 0.03 I am seeking a second opinion . I had done echo tmt last month, so don't know if it has to be repeated.

Feels like  congested chest since Last few years but occasionally I have attached my lipid profile test

Hi I am having some issues related to palpitations from few months. I have done ecg , echo and stress test in the past and reports were normal. Recently I am taking my bp just a usual check, I see some readings showing AFib. I am attaching screenshot for the same. Also I have done holder  test in May and attaching the repot for the same. I am just curious why I am seeing this Afib on the machine occasionally. Please correlate and let me know what can be done for this .
