Chest pain and neck pain Body weakness Face swelling Mild swelling.Difficulty breathing.My head is spinning.

I attached my ecg report can I have starting of hypertension and can my ecg show sign of lvh i attached my ecg reports sir my age is 24 and my weight is 88 kg and I have fatty liver grade 3 and having dislipidemia with prediabetes sometimes not every time my blood pressure was 150/90 and sometimes 135/85 and most of the time it was 130/80 so my cardiologist prescribed me Telma AM 40 Tablet and Rosuvas F 20 I was on her treatment from last 6 months and taking these medicines now my lipid profile is normal can I have to continue statins for lifetime or sir now my blood pressure was around 130/78 and sir can I have hypertension problem or if I have then my hypertention comes in which stage or sir can it is curable completly by losing weight of body 25-30% in a year if i reduce my weight from 88kg to 60kg my height is 5"7 can within in a upcoming year can my hypertention is cured completly or not sir and why please guide me sir thank you

My blood pressure is not subsidizing even after taking medicine what can be reason ,as of now am taking metxl trio 50mg onebtablet a day

I experience chest pain, sometimes I can hear my heat beat going in speed like I have ran a km but it isn't the case , sometimes ( most of the time)I feel my heat is racing fast but when I check my pulse and BP rate it's normal but I feel it's going fast.

I am a 27 year old female who weighs 62 kg. For the last 5 days I am having fast heartbeat beat for some time in a day and the other time I feel normal. I am also having shortness of breath but it is less now after visiting a doctor nearby. I am having slight pain in my left arm sometimes in my left shoulder, my forearm and sometimes in my left hand. Little gassy stomach. In the previous night suddenly I got up and found fast heartbeat otherwise my sleep patterns is normal.The doctor performed an ecg and chest x ray. My heart beat yesterday was 123. Blood pressure is normal. Please help me. Is there anything to worry about. What should I do to manage these symptoms. I am attaching my reports here.

On 21.09.2025 ,Echo has been done with Concentric LVH and Grade 1 DD remarks. IVS 13mm PW 13 mm EDD 40 mm ESD 23 mm EF 74% FS 42% IVS intact E/A ratio .83 Also diagnosed with borderline ischemic heart diseases in TMT stress test  in the Year 2020. Currently I am not facing any problem. Please suggest me, is it a matter of concern or what should I have to do now?

Actually, I am feeling chest pain for the previous 3 months. I don't know the cause. I consulted the local doctors for the same but they said it is either gastric problem or spondylitis.
