I want to know why people nowadays having sudden cardiac arrest deaths. I want to know why this sudden death happens

Respected Sir/Madam, I was experiencing mild chest discomfort and bloating so I went to a hospital in my vicinity. Doctor ordered ECG, 2D Echo and TMT. ECG and TMT came normal. Echo also came completely normal except Mild TR and Mild PAH part. Doctor is saying that there's nothing to worry but I'm really getting concerned about the Mild Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. After having palpitations for long, I bought a device to capture ECG at home. Since mostly, these palpitations occur after having the first meal of day. Can you have a look and tell me what's happening towards the end? Are these ECtopic beats like pvcs??? I have been to cardiologist. I have had an ECG, echo, necessary, necessary blood test. They call ektopic harmless.

Ct angio gram done on 02/01/2021- comes normal Due to atypical chest pain . Tmt was mild positive on 2022 H/O high trigliceride , subclinical hypothroidism , normal LDL, no hs crp, normal apolipoprotien. Recent pain in left hand . Vague pain . Hello doc, 4 moth ago, i went to doc for chest pain and palpitation issue..I got xray and ecg done  ..xray report was normal and ecg was showing sinus tachycardia with hr 121 bpm. is this normal or anything serious? I'm also attaching the report..i also did thyroid profile test..my thyroid profile was normal..but blood test report shows very low vit d (4) and also low b12..so doc give me vit d tablets and some other calcium protein tablets and doesn't show any concern regarding my ecg report and said palpitation is mainly because of vit d deficiency and my anxiety( I have severe health anxiety)  after taking medicine, my palpitation and pain are gone..but i still have concern regarding my ecg report as I have severe health anxiety, I am scared of disease and after google I take a lot of stress even after doctor say it's all fine..so can you please tell me that my reports are normal?
