AFib reported in BP machine
Hi
I am having some issues related to palpitations from few months.
I have done ecg , echo and stress test in the past and reports were normal.
Recently I am taking my bp just a usual check, I see some readings showing AFib. I am attaching screenshot for the same. Also I have done holder test in May and attaching the repot for the same.
I am just curious why I am seeing this Afib on the machine occasionally. Please correlate and let me know what can be done for this .

Swelling in legs, sharp pain under knee
Hello Doctors,
My mother is 49 years old and she is obese having weight around the 80kg.
She has knee osteoarthritis issue on both for a long time and takes calcium, vitamins related to bones. She feels immensely sharp pain under the knees and in calf muscles.
Whenever i see the calf muscles, I don't see any bulging veins outside but during oil massage or touching, I can feel bulging veins or too many swollen veins inside the calf muscles of both legs which are painful on compression or pressing.
Are those varicose veins or are they normal to have ?
I doubt whether she has varicose veins causing sharp pain while movements or standing for some minutes.
I would like to know whether physiotherapy can help with this pain if it's varicose veins?
Could you please give us any advice or treatment plans or suggestions on what we should ? I have attached a picture as well.
Thanks.

Portable Ecgs
How accurate are the Spandan ECG strips and their machine interpretation. I have seen doctors differ in terms of interpretation of the ecg strips compared to what machine says. Does this machine calculate the complex and intervals the way it should be?

Breath rate of 20-22/minute
Hi, recently I posted about my husband, he had coarction of aorta due to the blockage in his main artery by birth. Also had air embolisms.
He got recently stenting for it and, thereafter we got his ecg and everything done, reports were near to normal.
2 months back heart function was at 65, this month he had 13 pg/dl troponin level.
Doc says things are normal, and he hasn't gone for a ecg this month, but his breath rate is fast, I noticed, it's not recent, but it has been this way post stenting, and he also takes short forceful breaths while sleeping.
He has a Covid history and has mild anemia.
What should I do? Any advice will be really appreciated.
