SCLEROTIC AORTIC VALVE MILD AORTIC REGURGITATION MILD MITRAL REGURGITATION MODERATE TRICUSPID REGURGITATION PULMONARY HYPERTENSION. PASP : 56 mmHg CONCENTRIC LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY ADEQUATE LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION. EF : 55 % NO CLOTS / PERICARDIAL EFFUSION/ VEGETATION.
