Mild Pulmonary arterial hypertension
Facing breathlessness problem on exertion and high heart rate. Echo shows mild TR mild PAH(RVSP 45mmhg) and mild MR( jet area 2.5 sqcm) and tachycardia(121 bpm ). Hemoglobin and thyroid tests came back normal. Is mild PAH a concern and should be followed up by a doctor?
