Here is my 2d echo report My mean PAP is 23.18 PASP is 38mm Hg Peak tricuspid regurgitation velocity is 2.6 Mild tricuspid regurgitation rest all valves are normal Ejaction fraction 60% Good systolic function No dystolic dysfunction Do I have risk of pulmonary hypertension
