Need help for below 2D echo report

Asked for Female, 68 Years

Hi Doctor, Need opinion for the below 2D echo. I visited my local physician/cardiologist and she mentioned that it is all ok and all impressions are age related. Nothing to worry. Want second opinion on this. As part of annual health checkup it is done. No symptoms or discomfort. Thanks
