Lipoprotein is very High 113
Doctor, my Lp(a) is high: 113 mg/dL. Other cardiac markers: Total Cholesterol 176, LDL 103.6, HDL 54, Triglycerides 92, ApoB 82.1, ApoA1 144, ApoB/ApoA1 ratio 0.57, hs-CRP 1.5 mg/L. HbA1c 5.2% and fasting glucose 79. I sometimes feel palpitations but no chest pain or breathlessness. Please guide how serious this Lp(a) is, what LDL/ApoB target I should maintain, and whether I need any medicine (statin/ezetimibe/PCSK9) or tests like ECG/2D Echo/TMT.

Although your lipid profiles are okay, not in any dangerous level, but yes, if you’re having palpitations, then getting ECG echocardiography and TMT test is advisable
