I have fear that I have blockages in my heart what should I do is ct coronary safe please tell me. There are any other tests available??

I am 36 year women ...my daughter is of 13 months...my weight is 80 kg...I have an issue of tachycardia...my heart rate is always more than 100. From few days my heart rate is 116 or more...I feel breathless sometimes... I am attaching my cholesterol and crp report... Should I visit cardiologist...is there something to worry...or it's just because of my weight or my pregnancy was complicated and I went through so many medicines (side effects)...

I have done lipid profile serum test ..according to report cholestrol is higher than usual this is the only thing i can understand.dr appoitment is 4 days later as there is no slot available.here i m attaching my report.plese help me to figure it out.

My doctor ordered an ECG due to exertional chest heaviness, and the report mentioned "Slight ST depression V4." However, when my doctor reviewed the ECG, they said it was normal and suggested that half of my symptoms might be related to anxiety. Is this ST depression in V4 is a normal finding? I've attached my ECG image for reference. (My 2D echo also came back normal).

I have been having chest tightness and heaviness for over 2 months now, especially while sitting straight and while lying on my back. I have been to multiple cardiologists and had ecg, echo, tmt tests and all were normal. I was having inderal and petril beta for more than a month now as prescribed by the doctor as they said I had health anxiety. I just stopped 5 days ago. Since then, I also have a bit of dizziness while walking which feels internal. 3 nights ago, I took a petril beta and I felt good. Could it be withdrawal? Do I have any heart issues?

Sir I am suffering atrial fibration from last month's my ecg is abnormal my ecg report was atrial fibration..my pulse rate was 109 at that time dr conduct me 2d eco the report was normal ..dr prescribed me rovor 2.5 mg twice a day and cordaron 100 twice a day...now my pulse rate is normal and dr reduce the dose of cordaron 100 to 50 mg twice daily.. unfortunately cordon come in 200 mg and 100 mg how can I take 50 mg twice..shall I spit tablet into half
