Hello Dr, I am type 1 diabetic from long time. Today suddenly my bp shoot to 184/92 and j felt uneasy. Immediately itook temmy 40, normally don't take any bp medicine. Now from past 1 hour my bp is fluctuating. Last time it showed 148/102. Please help what should I do. Can I take a ecosprin for safety

I have bp and high heart rate and chest pain from last 3 years and currently I have taken telpus and betcap 40 morning and night now my bp control my doctor always said it is not angina pain in 2023 I had done my CT angiography doctor said nothing to worry but yesterday I had done my ecg it shows abnormal q wave iii avf which gives me in tension and my heart pain increase yesterday I done my troponin t test which is also negative I attach my ecg please check whether my ecg is alright or angina and reason of abnormal q wave iii avf... Hello, I got my annual blood test done because I missed my periods and my Hs crp test came 2.8 with HDL 34 rest all within marker ESR 22 Do I have a heart disease or might have an attack? I dont have fever or anything viral as such.
