I was taking Cilacar T for high BP since long time and recently after a Cardiology Consultation , the doctor changed the medicine to CONCOR AM 5 twice daily based on Echo report:- ASCENDING AORTA DILATED 4.9 CMS. Taking Concor AM makes dizzy and tired. ( BP 110/90), HR 55-60 While taking Cilacar T was not having any issues despite palpitations. Is Concor category medicines are to be taken for aorta dilation.

Hello doc, I am getting fast heart beat suddenly.. It lasts some hours.. My palms and legs are shivering and sweating.. I have high bp problem.. When the symptoms comes in the work place I don't know what to do.. I have done tmt test and 2d echo test but the doctor said there is no problem... Doctor said I have hyper tension... But doctor said don't use tablets in early age..so I am not using..and asked me to reduce anxiety by natural methods.. But it suddenly comes and I can't concentrate on anything.. Please suggest me any medication... Please please please...

•BP seems to be increasing daybyday  from 130 to 140 to now 150 systolic and diastolic 70 to 90. 71 years female with early cirrhosis, on diabetes and thyroid medicine. No symptoms, mild pedal edema. *Earlier was on 1 tab TelmisartanH (ARB) and bp was well controlled. Hepatologist changed it to Carvedilol 3.125 mg 1-0-1 (betablocker) to aid in cirrhosis.  BP lowers after taking medicine but remains on higher side. Not as controlled as earlier medicine. Used to take preventive Ecosprin AV but stopped due to cirrhosis. Echo, ecg, lipids normal. Ddimer 800, NTprobnp 418. 1). Please suggest if dose needs to be increased or old medicine can be added with current one?? 2) If anyday bp is 150/90 or more even after taking medicine, can she take 1 more tablet ??

I measure bp daily , two times last 5 year after a neurologist advised, as I feel episodic severe headache, From last one year I am suffering from ear pain and facial pain , I am feeling sudden headache from last one week , my bp generally remains normal, but in case of anxiety or when I go to doctor's clinic, it increases up to 180 /100 , My ECHO has been done two time , which is quite normal, I want to know should I start medicine ,As my Bp remains normal generally  , when anxiety and fears triggers it's shoot up

Respect doctor sir/ ma'am, I am 33 yrs, 69  kg and 5.7" with no previous self or family heart history.Random pinching and sometimes light burning sensation in LH side of chest, not on particular one place, sometimes feels on the upper left back also. Left arm to shoulder sometimes feels heavy. Feels palpilations some times on the same areas and hand/ legs mostly LH side. These sensation appears monetary sometimes. Kindly advice. I climbed two floor house to take dry cloths, after getting down stairs I got tired after two hours I went and did ecg it was showing 112 pr, and my bp was 160/110. They said me go for cardiology centre to do with echo.plz say what's the problem and what is the treatment for this.

Hi i have been asked to take telma am tablet for high BP, i have planned to take magnesium tablet in the evening as it also reduced BP nd gives good sleep. Can i take telma am in the morning and magnesium at night? Pls advice

I have been getting some feeling from heart to neck.. it's sudden.. it's not painful.. but experiencing some sort of rise in heart beat.. it only last 5 seconds.. i have this experience for a week now.. don't know the cause.. and quite worried..
