I have upset tummy due to intake of painkillers n since then non stop pvcs- sudden thuds in chest that go away on rest Can u check one such episode recorded? Also sometimee my ekg has biphasic t waves Has normal echo tmt 2 weeks ago

Respected doctor, I have consulted a doctor in govt. Hospital for high Ldl and triglycerides, the doctor prescribed me atorvastatin 10mg prolonged release tablet but I can't find this combination of prolonged release anywhere?? Is this drug correct ? How can I find this combination? Please help as I am unable to start treatment

Doctor why my BP reading is different in working hours and in home it is different. When I was in office my BP remains 140/92 or 140/95 and in home it is 130/88, 134/89. Why in office is different? Is this high BP? Need ur guidance.

I had sudden palpitations & my heart rate raised above 170 while standing in sun, so went to ER. Doctor took ECG, Echo & said everything is normal - but the episode was a panic attack. I have some degree of breathing difficulty on daily basis which he said could be because of reflux & continuous anxiety - no medicine given & advised to make lifestyle changes with exercise, yoga, sleep & counselling. I am worried about the LVH & diastolic dysfunction in the echo report. Should I take any medicines or lifestyle changes are enough? Please advice
