Its been 3-4 week my mother right arms is muscle pain.Is this a signed of heart attack? Plz tell me i m scared 😟😟😟

Hi I m  having a fast heart rate or some time having bradycardia in the night due to anxiety taking clonazepam 0.5 mg  for this echo is normal so is that any kind of serious issue detect in holter moniter please advise as i m attaching the same for your reference.

If tmt is normal means no major heart blockage in heart means no blockage above 50 percent . means there is no blockage

Respected Sir/Madam, I was experiencing mild chest discomfort and bloating so I went to a hospital in my vicinity. Doctor ordered ECG, 2D Echo and TMT. ECG and TMT came normal. Echo also came completely normal except Mild TR and Mild PAH part. Doctor is saying that there's nothing to worry but I'm really getting concerned about the Mild Pulmonary Artery Hypertension.
