Hi I have frequent pain which comes and go in seconds. Do i need to go for the coronary ct scan to rule out heart attack possibility. Or is there any other test which can tell about the %age blockage. What should i do?

Is Bisoprolol and Amlodipine prescribed for twice daily use. I am taking Concor AM 5/5 twice daily for hypertension. I went to a nearby physician for checking bp due to extreme tiredness  who told me both the medicines are generally given once daily. Being given for elevated bp and mild dilation of ascending aorta 4.9 cms. Kindly seeking valuable suggestions.

Does alcohol have an interaction with propranolol? I after getting diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder got into alcohol dependency. I'm quitting alcohol slowly. Recently i noticed that my hr goes upto 120 when i'm drinking alcohol. I consulted my cardiologist and he told me to take 40mg propranolol 1 hour prior to drink, is it safe to mix these two? I tried this once tho and my heartrate didn't raise above 90 and i had a good experience overall but just wanted to know if this is safe? also wanted to add i take etilaam pro (etizolam 0.5 + propranolol 20mg) twice a day. so the doctor told me to take plain 40mg propranolol instead of etilaam pro on the day while you drink

Recently I got blood test where Cholesterol level was 219, Homocysteine level was 62.50 and HSCRP level was 2.93. I have got Echo test afterwards which was okay.

Sir, i mistakenly taken only one 75mg ecosprin. I have elevated bp, total cholesterol and triglycerides. Last year feb 18 i take ecosprin. After that 20 feb i feel blood smell and taste but no real visible blood. Last nov i take ecg it shows myocardial ischemia and sins tachycardia. After that i visit cardio and take 2D  echo its normal. Then doctor gives lipicard 200mg , ivabrad 5mg for 30 days after my ecg sins tachycardia only shows . These are ecosprin 75mg problem any bleeding occurs in heart ... i have fear because of my mistakes ...

I have mechanical tricuspid valve and today I have cut my inner side of cheek by teeth , during lunch...accidently. What shoul I do , is it normal of need to check by physically by cardiologist

I have mechanical tricuspid valve...and I have a fear of developing endocarditis...doc said maintain proper dental and skin hygiene..this makes me obsessed about hygiene...my full consentration on this full day...and life is stuck around that...what to do... please guide
