I overthink a lot and having too much tension in my life about my career and family problems.. And I can't sleep during night whenever i close my eyes lots of things come in my mind about my health and i feel fear that i will get heart attack or i will die this fear make me difficult in sleeping..and whenever i take tensions my heartbeat get fast and my body get cold and I get panic and feel heavy in chest and difficulty near neck and i get fear if i will get heart attack or what..i consulted doctor and he did a ECG and checked my blood report he told me I'm ok and prescribed me Vitblast-15 and Clonofit plus and told me my bp was abit high 140/80 nowadays i always walk 6000steps and eat vegetables and eating less meat..i get tired after my work is done but I can't sleep i get fear.. I also stopped taking medicines nowadays what to do please help me..

Hi, In Oct i ve daigonized full check up including TMT, the TMT has come positive and i asked my cousin who is doctor said some daigonized centre may show wrong, but in week i got oxygen starving issues and i visited cardiologist showing my lipid profile only and he suggested for calcium Score test which came as 187 LAD 130 and RCA 57 and asked me to start BP medicine Telma 6.5 mg and Statin 40 mg and said me do TMT test next day which came negative. I further asked to continue medication Statins nd BP medicines. Please advise not showing earlier 😔 TMT positive to Cardiologist and later he suggested for TMT which came negative, did I missed and further testing like CT angio. Currently I am only getting slightly symptoms of tinglering pain middle of chest and slight numbness in left hand. Please advise. Attachment of TMT positive and negative for your reference.

I was recently prescribed signoflam for leg pain related to radioculpathy. I have had history of PSVT and had a cardiac ablation in December 2024, is this medicine alright to take?

Can lasilactone be taken for leg swelling? My father had a bypass surgery in 2013. Recently, he had diarrhea and admitted in hospital. He had fluid drips. Since then, he is having leg swelling problem. Doctor gave lasilactone for  10 days and he finished the course. In between, he also had a fever and another doctor asked him to take lasilactone for leg swelling for 3 days as he still had 10-20% fluid in his lungs. Again, he is getting the leg swelling problem and he has taken lasilactone by himself. Is it advisable??

My company doctor checked my blood pressure he told u have high BP and advised me telma AM I took that medicine for 1 year Then i again went to another doctor he told Telma 20 Then i started walking and running lost 5 kg now weight is 88kg ,height 173cm Checked blood pressure my bp was 110/70 I stopped blood pressure medicine for 1 month and kept running and walking and today i checked blood pressure it is now 120 and lower side slightly more than 90 (120/slightly higher than 90) said by Doctor. Please advise which medicine to continue. When I'm taking telma 20 and doing running and walking bp is 110/70 and i am  feeling weak/lazy fatigue and when not taking medicine 120/92-94 Please advice

My cholesterol was 232 1 years ago. After that it came to normal 119. After 6 month I am on rosuvast F 5 mg. My current total cholesterol level is 160 and triglycerides is 123. Can I take half of the medicine  Rosuvast  F 5 mg and stop it After 2 month.

From past 1 week I have slight chest pain in middle of the chest, I am on statins 20mg. Please advise.

I have mitral valve prolapse. My cardiologist has prescribed me embeta xr 25. At times, I am very nervous and have palpitations. Feeling like getting a panic attack. I got a panic attack in between and went to an another doctor. He asked me to stop embeta. But my palpitations and anxiety isn't reducing. I am just rushing to the ER but after taking ECG, they are saying it is normal and sending me back home. Whether I have to continue embeta or not. Kindly advise.

If someone has  resting pulse rate 140-150 all day and night for one week than become normal resting pulse rate does one week pulse rate will weaken the heart valve or not effect on heart
