  4. Chest pain and racing heart. Going fast.

Chest pain and racing heart
I experience chest pain, sometimes I can hear my heat beat going in speed like I have ran a km but it isn't the case , sometimes ( most of the time)I feel my heat is racing fast but when I check my pulse and BP rate it's normal but I feel it's going fast.
