Heart racing after standing up
Since few days whenever i get up from sitting position my heart starts racing for a few seconds. I feel tired after walking even few steps. This is happening since last 2 days and it worsens during night.
I did ecg 3 months back for some muscle related chest pain it was normal according to doctor. I don't feel dizzy or palpitations when i am sitting or lying down.
