My wife has gone through 2 angioplasty with 5 stance infusion and 5 balloning. Still she complaints of chest pain and breathlessness. Doctor gave her heart failure medication which is not suiting her and her condition is getting worse. PFA her recent 2D Eco report and clarify if it is heart failure or not. Medicines that are not suiting her Met XL 12.5 Dytor Plus 10 Dapa 10 Brilinta 90 Sacurise 50

Hi After ASD surgical closure, In 2019 I used stay in home for rest. After discharge around 1st week I used to get wet dreams, so I started my self sexual activity After 4 weeks of surgery. Later I used to get palpitations when I got orgasam, full body used to get temp cool down, pain in top head & shaking or pain  in left hand Eyes redlines some bigger. Due this I got strong pain on back of shoulder & lost some sensation I felt. And lost full erection in legth of my penis, sensation touch and strong ness still 6 years same . I am using antidepressant & anxiety medicines from 5years no improvement in energy in body to work as well as in sexual healt. Help me please. Neuro Psychiatrist or neurologist or urologists or cardiologist or andrologist Who will cure me and make me before I was like in 24yrs..

I have anxiety from two months one day my pulse rate rise to 170 but slowly first mujhe ghabrahat hui slowly increase to 130 than i panic it rose to 170 and after two month again I have face palpitations all of sudden my pulse rate i check 190-200 than slowly within 3-4 minutes it gets normal after I do some Deep breathing and splash cold water I have done two times eco which is normal and ECG not at the time of palpitations random ECG which is normal. Is this panic attack or I have read about psvt or its psvt.my pulse usually remain 100-110 for which I take beta blocker .I am very confused what could be the reason

Today morning at 11.30 i feel like i can not breathing (aisa lga jaise dum ghat gya sir m bhi or sanas ni ayi thode sec k liye. After sometime sab normal ho gya. Fr mein doctor k pass gya doctor ne ecg and other test krvaye jo mene attach kiye hai. Why sudden breathing problem for few sec. It happened while i was laying on my bed with close eye. I felt like i was having heart attack but i did not feel any pain. Only like grasping for breath. When doctor saw ecg and other reports he said everything is normal.

For almost 1 hour of brisk walk my pulse rate does not come below 85. Does this indicate any heart problem?

Needle like pain in left side chest above that comes and goes . suddenly bp down .why this happens in sometimes

I am having high pulse rate at resting  i.e. 100-110 during day time. I have asked in practo. One doctor mam told to continue with ciplar LA 20 for 10 days. I have continued it. Before that one of my doctor uncle said me to have ivabrad 5mg for 10 days. I had it and my heart rate was normal for few days. Then again I started ciplar LA 20. After 10 days when I left the medicine it again started to show the high pulse rate. I have cervical spondylitis too and having medications for them. Suggest me if I should continue with the medicine ciplar LA 20 or ivabrad 5mg. I am attaching my ECG below. Height:-5.9' Weight:- 110kgs My echo is normal as said by doctor. And lipid profile and thyroid test are good.

I'm a 39 year old Man, Due to stress since a week, I was experiencing some discomfort/pain in my chest. Visited a cardiologist as  a precautionary measure. ECG was performed and the report said "Probably MI (inferior) " Low QRS amplitudes R/S inversion area between V1 and V2 Probably abnormal ECG.. Dr prescribed medicine for gastric for 5 days and asked to come back if the pain doesn't subside Worried, please suggest

My mother took the eco and x-ray of the heart and saw the report and described that and above attached a report

Been dealing with angina like chest discomfort radiating to left arm since 2 years- had this tmt n then ct angio done in november. It was normal but still angina symptoms- taking telimsartan, betablocker, gastric meds, anxiety meds but no relief What shud I do for it? Cardiologist doesnt listen much to my symptoms these days ever since my report came normal- Blood tests all good
