Hello, I was advised by a doctor to take metoprolol 50mg , escitaloparm 10mg and atorvastatin 10mg in 2020. Since then I am taking these medicines regularly. It's been 5 years and I am now out of reach from that doctor. Please advise me what to do now ? Should I continue with these medicines or stop ? My BP on 28 March : 126/74 29 March : 130/82 I feel suffocated in crowdy areas and start sweating. Even while eating I also start sweating.

During my Health checkup my echo report says normal buy ecg they mentioned Assymetric T inversion 1mm deep in v3 v4. When I asked the reason for this,physician said sometimes it is normal but sometime there may be issue. Can anyone clear me on this..is this normal or any issue?

Since 10days post viral fever I am having pain inconsistent pain in chest(especially left), shoulder blade pain and also sometimes jaw pain, However 3months ago TMT,Echo both are normal again 2d echo done 10days before(before a day of viral fever) its also normal, However After viral fever, I have done ecg three 3 to 4 times, first one is - Normal Ecg with early-repolarization and (02nd) one is Normal ecg with T abnormality(Flat T) and third one is Normal with PR elevation in aVR and depression PR in rest lead. I am not sure why ecgs are some or other interpretation showing after fever. Before fever all my ecgs were normal with no such detection.

Today when i do yoga Breathing exercise my chest mucles started twiching for 3-4 second and it comes normal.. In 20 march 2025 i have done ECG doctor says Sinus tachycardia ..for which I m taking Ciplar la 20 as cardiologist advice... Echo is normal And Holter is normal.. Sir my Cardiologist prescribe me Ciplar LA 20 ( od) and beta anxit 20 mg ( propranolol 20 mg and Alprazolam 0.25) mg at bed time...sir due to my work i have taken ciplar la 20 in evening around 4:30 pm And Beta anxit 20 mg in night around 10:30 pm ... Due to inappropriate Sinus tachycardia ...can i take it or shall i take ciplar la 20 in morning itself sir..
