Dear Doctor I am 43 years old and have been having hypertension for the last 10  years. Due to chest pain i have done ECG, TMT and 2 D echo, every thing normal except mild LVH with LVEF 60%. Sir In 2008 I suffered with anxiety somatizaton disorder ( rapid heart rate & palpitation). visited Apollo hospital hyderabad for treatment. Consulted Dr J srikath ( general physician for internal medicine) .He suggested some tests like 2d echo, ecg , TMT , thyroid & some other blood tests. All tests found normal , Sir prescribed me betacap TR 40 mg & razo DSR . Within a very short period my issue resolved but if I skip the betacap tablet for one day again my symptoms repeating. So, I consulted several cardiologists & every time my tests found normal From 2020 onwards additionally I am suffering with one more symptom which feels like I am passing away. Sudden shock like feel from throat to chest region and also chest pain some times .        Shock like feel suddenly it will come and go . I visited (Several top most Cardiologists)Apollo, AIG , Yahoda hospitals in hyderabad but all doctors told reports showing normal & suggested to continue the betacap tablet . Sir plz 🙏

My uncle have valve replacement 3 months ago...and he is following all protocols as doc. said.. I want to know if he do not floss and do all things...is there any problem... because it is very tough, and always make blood out from gum... And his tooth and gums are healthy

My mother just recovered from bells palsy and vocal cord palsy. She couldn't eat properly for 4 months. Now she has weakness in legs and hands. Weight is not increasing. There is a cyst in between her lungs and heart. I have attached the screenshot of CT. What should be the immediate action ?

My husband is having pvcs in ecg and 2d echo was normal. He is using flecarite and concur. Pvcs will reduce using this medicine???

I have pain in both the legs.start from back of thigh and goes down to back of knee and calf. Pain is there when sitting or standing and specially more at night. Unable to sleep. But pain relives on walking. - no swelling - no skin changes - but pain is severe I am attaching my both legs pictures. Can it be dvt ?
