If someone has psvt  and if they take propanal tablet 6-7 month in that case is it safe for them or cause first degree heart block

My father had undergone angioplasty with 4 stent over a year ago. He is regularly undergoing follow up checkup and taking medications. 2 months back was his regular checkup where his reports like ECHO, ECG, Lipid profile, etc were normal. However he sometimes feels mild Chest pain. But today after doing a heavy outdoor work he felt chest pain which was alleviated after having sorbitrate 5. Should it be concerning as his reports were all normal few months back.

My age is 24 Weight is 96 I have never even occassionally tried smoking or drinking. I am having obesity. I've checked the blood pressure readings consecutive for three days which was high now when I'm on medication it is remaining 120/70. I've done ecg which is normal. I am right now in so much fear that why at such young age i got this blood pressure and also I want to live without medication but drs told me that you cannot unfortunately. At such young age having this is horrible , I feel like I'll not get married and successful due to this. Can someone please help me that what do i do now are we having any option to cure this hypertension. I want to live medicine free. I have heard so many cases where patient died on the spot due to not taking medication of blood pressure and I'm right now so much scared about this.i have so many future plans but this disease came out of nowhere. Someone please suggest me a good way to get rid of it

I was having some high heart rate of around 110 mostly due to standing in heat. I did ECG and please doctor check it.

I have reports of my heart like ecg 2 times 2d echo my reports are normal and also done with blood test still nothing comes up all things are normal still i feel skip beats sometime beat stop and started again what can be reason?

I was proscribed by doctor to take concor 2.5mg for my fast heart rate and chest pain for one week and stop it. He also prescribed to do an ECG after one week. But I also have high bp I'm not taking any medication for that. So stopping the medication after one week will affect my bp and any complications occur?

74, male, Hypertension, takes Metoprolol.  Since few days, BP remains low. No diabetes. *Echo shows 1.8 m/s thickened calcific aortic valve. 60% lvef, concentric lvh, grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. No clot/ vegetation. No pericardial effusion. *Ecg report has written in it RBBB, possible lateral infarct. HDL is 49.  *Recent diagnosis of prostate 33 cc in usg. PSA 0.5. Creatinine 1.4. Physician said cardiac wise normal and stop medicine for few days. Can there be any heart condition? Which more cardiac tests should be done?

Dear medical professionals, since March 2024, I have experienced anxiety.  Following a psychiatric consultation on May 12, 2025, I was prescribed ZOLAX SR 0.5, MIGRABETA TR-40, PARI CR 25, and CLONOTRIL 0.25 (for emergencies). My symptoms include social anxiety and a fear of venturing out alone, without panic attacks.  In early June 2025, I observed bradycardia (pulse rate below 60 bpm, approximately 50 bpm). A normal ECG was recorded on June 6th, 2025, while unmedicated.  After omitting MIGRABETA-TR 40 on June 10th and 11th, 2025, my pulse rate was normal on the 10th but elevated (92-103 bpm) on the 11th.  My physician advised discontinuation of MIGRABETA-TR 40 on June 21st, 2025, and since June 22nd, 2025, I've again noted an elevated pulse rate (above 90 bpm). Is this increase in pulse rate following cessation of MIGRABETA-TR 40 considered normal? Is there anything to worry about? Thank you.
