Hello sir last year , I diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism 9.2 with high cholostrol I use medicine for 4 month of thyroid and quit , 2 month of lipcatd 160 quit by doctor and loosed my weight limit my dairy Now my tsh comes to 7.4 with normal t3t4 And without any antibodies, Now when I taje lipid profile my lipoprotein a show 91.29 md/dl My doctor said nothing just run and low carb low fat diet , Now when I search web , I am scared as saw its genetic and there is no medicine for lpa, and its independently cause heart attavk and premature death ? Please help me

My father had undergone angioplasty over a year ago with 4 stents, he is undergoing regular follow ups and Medications. 2 months back he went for follow up, his reports like ECG, ECHO, Lipid profile, etc were normal, also doctor had reduced the doses of medicines earlier prescribed. But from few days he is feeling chest pain, but only when he does little heavy physical activities or even sometimes during riding scooty. Also on asking he said pain is little stronger than earlier but it goes away on its own. How come after stent procedure, following diet, regular medications, exercise he is facing it again? Please guide.

Sir, I don't know whether I have high blood pressure or not? When I go to hospital my bp and pulse rate rise to 144/105, pulse - 110 but in home my BP was 130/83, 135/86 and 140/88 Why my BP is high in hospital but in home it is 134/85. Please advice 🙏 Thanks

I have high BP and i am taking medication suddenly yesterday I felt so weak and head started reeling and I thought i will fall down and when i met the doctor he gave me betahistidine hydrochloride and rosuvastatin So can i take these medicines and what might have happened

I have pain in my left arm and shoulder sometimes left side back.it is there for more than 3 weeks. I consulted a general doctor and took pain killer ...they pain subsidy but when I stop it pain comes again. Because of this i feel anxious thinking it would be a heart attack. I feel like something is stuck in my throat sometimes. If I touch sometimes I feel he pain in particular areas of the arm and shoulder and chest . I took ecg  4 weeks before it was normal.because of this pain I get a panic attack sometimes ...i feel the fear constantly...Any suggestions? Should I revisit doctor

If someone has psvt episode occasionally in few months and they are taking propanol 10 mg daily for 6-7 month for prevention of psvt episode is it safe for them and if they are using this betablocker usse first degree heart block toh nahi hoga or if psvt patient using propanal 10 mg or 20 mg is it safe for them

My mother was wrongly take 10mg Propranolol one week(8-days) in place of amlodipine 5mg......now she can stop Propranolol and start again amlodipine or what can she do.......please advise

I got ecg done which shows q in II, III and aVF. Echo is normal. Got tmt done which shows negative but also mentioned significant st-t changes during exertion/recovery. Max ST Dep Lead & Avg ST value: II & -2.0 mm in standing. 9.8 METS. What does this mean? Is any further testing required? Attaching all reports.
