I am taking indrenal la 20 mg for 14 days for panic attack and anxiety, palpitations, but I feel very low while taking the medicine and become so depressed, now for 26 days I'm Stop taking this medicine, but sometimes I feel palpitations not severe for 2-3 minutes and sudden suffocation while taking breathing, in morning time I feel ligheadness and vertigo and feeling of fainting and anxiety. I stop indrenal with my doctor advice but i feel this problem . Now I am without medication and under the guidance with clinical psychologist, What should I do now?

My father aged 60 has triple vessel disease with 90% 80% blockage. Doctor has suggested for cabg bt he is not ready to go for it right now. Can you suggest if we can go for angioplasty now for time being like 1-2 years and then go for bypass surgery . I have attached the angiography report

I wear a smartwatch and my heart rate was 45 when i woke up feeling like i was going to faint. Last week did a routine test. Ecg was normal and 2d echo was normal. I just have severe acid reflux. Please let me know if i have to do further investigation.

4 years ago in my echo :- AO - 3 cm LA - 3.1 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1 cm Posterior - 1.0 current echo shows:- AO - 2.9 cm LA - 4.0 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1cm Posterior - 1.1 cm my concern is that what  is the cause of LA size progression ...and is it normal or need further intervention
