She was diagnosed with cardiac issue with the help of ecg now the doctor prescribed her some medication considering her issue but she is having severe headache ever since she took those medication

She is having pain. In her one leg and only in an area where it seems like blood clotting and color of that area is changed to blackish even we have concerned many doctors but can't get result she is suffering from 3 to 4 months and she is now taking one injection of vitamin b12 as doctor told that she is having defieciency of vitamin b12 but can't get any result what to do now???

Mother recently had a RIRS with DJ stent procedure to remove kidney stone. She is also diabetic and currently prescribed the above medicines. Her last 3-4 BP readings both arms, show consistently high pulse. Ranging from 96, 98, 103 and 104 Her bp readings post breakfast 128/80, 129/86,  post lunch 111/64, 102/67, 120/69 Attaching current medication list after surgery. She is taking thyronorm 37.5, Trajenta 5 in the morning, glycomet sr850 and rosuvas 10 post dinner. Any idea if the new medications are responsible for this?

Hello doctor I am an anxiety patient. I don't have anxiety daily but I overthink and become anxious on hearing any heart health issues or someone dying from heart attack etc. I met a cardiologist here last year and I am on a mild dose of zapiz sos if and only needed. Whenever I check my BP i become anxious and start feeling restless. I did my ecg echo all blood tests etc last year which came normal except a few marginal highs and lows in the lipid profile which my doctor was not concerned about. NOW MY QUESTION IS Does BP fluctuate a lot? Especially with an anxious person like me. As of February my BP has been normal but sometimes suddenly it's high and remains high for 2-3 days then again normal. When I am in panic mode it reaches 160/100 for that second but else 144/92 150/90. Most of the time it's 126/84 130/82 137/88 120/78 etc depending on the time of the day i check. And i keep checking it most of time looking for that it should just come normal and then i feel ok. Kindly advice

Does LDL of 147 , HDL 46 , total cholesterol of 216 mean that I should start medicines ? After making lifestyle changes , for how many months can I wait to see the levels again and start medicine? Are cholesterol medications for lifetime ?

Dear sir /Madam Taken rosuvastatin 10 mg since 3 years and  thyronorm 50mcg. Aftwr panchakarma stopped above for almost 2 months ..caused increased triglyceride and ldl bad cholesterol. As per physician advice then taken Fenofibrate 160 mg plus rosuvastatin 20 mg for almost 30 days. Then  same dose alternate days in one month . Cause total lipid reduced to 292 Ldl direct 48 Cholesterol  100 Triglycerides 65 Vldl 13 Hdl 37. Please guide new dose or any pause for some period . Thanks Ganesh

My friend got pin point pain in heart.. shortness of breath.. .. she is taking antidepressants from sometime .. she told me that her maternal grand mother had heart problem.. though ecg and trop test came normal... Doctor told her to do echo.. I have attached report... Is it possible that heart' problem start in this age ..she is just 22 years old

Serum triglycerides is pretty high. It is 341.5 which is very concerning. Wanted to get a good advice from the doctor for the same.
