My age is 24, (No addiction of alcohol and smoking) One day I was going to another city to give an exam, so I was walking  and going to the train station. As I reached the station, suddenly I felt a shock in my chest and it felt as if my heart was stopping but there was no pain,  my hands and legs gets  started trembling, but after some time it became normal, then after a month I was sitting free and suddenly this thing happened, before this all I also having some other symptoms like sudden feel choking during eating food , breathing problem in deep breath but this will happen . I had ECG, 2D ECHO, ULTRASOUND , CHEST XRAY, CBC, LFT, RFT, THYROID, LIPID PROFILE, ELECTROLYTES TEST, ENDOSCOPY, HBSAG , HIV, HEPATITIS (B and C) all are normal, I consult with 2 CARDIOLOGIST (MBBS MD DM), ENT SURGEON ( MBBS MS) , 2 PULMONOLOGIST ( MBBS MD) , UROLOGIST ( MBBS MS) they says nothing to worry all are normal ,  then why did this happen to me, please reply what  actually is this?

Iam taking CIPLAR LA 20 for anxiety from long time. I want to go for TMT test. Do i need to discontinue CIPLAR LA 20 before having TMT. If yes, how many days before i need to stop. Kindly advise.

4 years ago in my echo there is no LVh shows Septal wall thickness - 11mm Posterior - 10 mm After 4 years mild concentric LVH occur Septal - 14 mm Posterior - 13 mm 4 years cardiac anxiety Bp 132/92 last check at echo centre Hb - 84bpm there are two causes of this Hypertension and HCM mainly, and I m not athletic. my concern is how to confirm this whether it is Hypertensive or related to HCM ... Sir in year 2017 my father got NSTEMI then doctor perform angiography on my father her reports are he have diffuse triple vessel coronary artery disease with 99% blockage in all three arteries of heart then docter test my father echo but the report of echo is normal with lvef 60 and docter check other test which shows my father was diabetic and hypertention with dislipidemia then doctor recommends him bypass surgery and after my father get stable doctor perform bypass surgery on my father with [ Opcabg × 4 ].  Grafts - LIMA - LAD , RSVG - 0M1 , RSVG - RCA , RSVG - D1 . After surgery 1 month later my father was discharged with stable condition now my father was 57 and now my father doing well he return to his normal life her weight now 70kg and diabeties - 120 morning and he was active he was working in factory job and he was active sir my one doubt always in my mind which will make me feel sad because I love my father too much my doubt is can my father live till age 90-95 years age.

Dear sir my husband did ecg as routine check up, which showed sinus rhythm with marked sinus arrhythmia, what does it mean sir, doctor said it's normal but still we need confirmation please tell me about ecg sir,
