Sir on 20 march 2025 I have episode of palpitation so i went to cardiologist he did ecg which says sinus tachycardia Echo normal So he prescribe Ciplar la 20 beta anxit 20 at night and petril md 0.25 mg So i take it... And He did holter monitor.. Now i have concern related to holter monitor.. I m confused shall i have to do another holter , because on that day sir give me Beta blockers.. Is the result of holter monitor is relevant? Or shall i have to do another holter monitor

My Echo results shows this , can you please advice if there is anything to worry . Ekg was normal Interpretation Summary •  Left ventricle is normal in size. Normal left ventricular systolic function. •  Normal left ventricular diastolic function. •  Right ventricle is normal in size with normal systolic function. •  There is mild mitral regurgitation. •  Atrial septal aneurysm present. •  Saline contrast study is positive for right to left intracardiac shunt. Bubbles crossed late--was not clear whether intreratrial or intrapulmonary. •  There is no prior study available for comparison.

Sir my father underwent a bypass surgery 8 years later when he was at the age of 48 he has mini heart attack at that time when he was completely diagnosed he have diabetes, hypertension,hba1c-10 at that time,he was diagnosed with triple vessel disease of heart with diffuse coronory artery with 99% blockage in heart he was manage with beating heart surgery surgeon who performs surgery on him take svg graft from leg to all three grafts in right coronary artery and take left internal mammary artery lima to lad now after 8 years he was stable and they have very little control on her diet but one doubt was always worry me about his life expectancy because I search it on Google somewhere they show life expectancy was 10 years and somewhere they show 20 year or somewhere more but I want to know the reality about what is the life expectancy of this surgery with this case because every one love his parents that's why I want to know reality about life expectancy of my father heart bypass surgery

My dad had mi last month and underwent pci 3stents diagnosed as triple vessel disease lad and lcx ,rcx later date pci,now the main problem he started cpap from4days from that days he is feeling dizzy so went to cardio doc did ecg,ech normal ,rft normal one thing I noticed hb is 11.6 before one month after pci next day it was 14.9 so ,went to his doctor he suggested stool occult blood it was negative ,if he feel dizzy he said it can be internal bleeding let's see 4 days so can u guide on this please now he is OK only mild heaviness in head bp was 110/65 ,hr 70 spo2 98 can he travel in train for 12hrs,pls guide

I want to confirm whether this ecg is normal or not??I was having chest pain,my CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY scan came normal 2 months back with 0 calcium score,so what is the validity of that ct scan??
