My cholestreol test results are attached please advise is it concerning or fine any medication needed

I wear a smartwatch and my heart rate was 45 when i woke up feeling like i was going to faint. Last week did a routine test. Ecg was normal and 2d echo was normal. I just have severe acid reflux. Please let me know if i have to do further investigation.

4 years ago in my echo :- AO - 3 cm LA - 3.1 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1 cm Posterior - 1.0 current echo shows:- AO - 2.9 cm LA - 4.0 cm Lv Septal wall - 1.1cm Posterior - 1.1 cm my concern is that what  is the cause of LA size progression ...and is it normal or need further intervention

Can i hv angina even with normal echo ecg and tmt?? Hving exertional chest pain from last 3 years..pain starts from upper back..

My mother is having unstable angina and on medications for this ailment.Her BP stays quite high, only when she takes medicine it is controlled otherwise it's around 150-80 range.  She is diabetic and also has thyroid. She had pericardial effusion also last year with an lvef of 60%. She has developed swelling in both her ankles. What should be done?

Chest nd upper back pain from last 2 years on exertion, 36f 5,3', 57 kg. Normal bp no sugar, ldl is high 148..hdl 56 Tmt echo ecg normal. Is this angina?? Pls help
